03.
Contract signing
Contract signing the contract specifies all the obligations and responsibilities of the supplier towards the customer, warranty obligations, and set deadlines for commencement and completion of repairs. Your interests are legally protected. Signature of estimate: determine the final cost of all works as estimated.

04.
start of work
The project manager who will accompany you during the repair will introduce you to the supervisor and the brigade that will be working in your facility. We will meet you at the facility and have another meeting to make sure we have a full understanding.

Demolition
The craftsmen will carry out the dismantling without damaging the supporting structures, pack all the construction waste themselves and prepare it for disposal. We care about ecology, so we use specialized services for disposal and never throw garbage on the street. We order a dumpster, and the trash is hauled away within a day-fast, convenient, no hassle with neighbors and the management company.

Rough finishing
We strictly comply with all building regulations and repair technologies, we work in accordance with European quality standards for construction and finishing works ISO, EN, DIN. For each type of work in our country there are individual qualified specialists, for example, electrical installation is dealt with only by specialists who are qualified to perform this type of work.
07.
Final finishing
We're getting to the finish line - the apartment is gradually taking on the contours of your future cozy home. In addition to the final finishing of the room, at your request, the installation of air conditioning, replacement of PVC windows, heating radiators, installation of suspended ceilings. Before starting work on the installation of furniture and other cleaning equipment, we carry out a general cleaning.

Handover of the new apartment
The supervisor and the worker hand over the apartment, the quality pre-check is carried out according to their own evaluation system. Only after the joint check you sign the contract, and only if the result was satisfactory to you. If together we find deficiencies-we immediately remove them at our own expense.
09.
Warranty service
From the signing of the handover-acceptance contract, the guarantee for all types of work begins. In the event that a hidden defect appears over time, we will unconditionally remove it under warranty.
